Built in 1961 and houses 234 students. Floors designated as all-female based on demand.
Adjacent to Cootes Paradise on the western edge of campus
Rooms house one (single), two (double), three (bunk and loft) and four (quad) occupants
Residents share furnished common rooms/lounges on each level with cable television
Shared kitchenettes have a fridge stove, microwave, toaster and kettle (dishes and cutlery not supplied)
Laundry facilities (with irons and ironing boards) and study rooms are located in the basement
Also located on the lower floor is a large multi purpose "party" room
