What If I Can't Move-In On My Posted Date?
Early move-in...
- Only students with international or out-of-province flight arrangements may request an early move-in date.
- Students must contact residence admissions and request permission to move-in early. Students who fail to do so will not be allowed to move-in prior to their posted date.
- Students are responsible for all additional fees associated with their early arrival. Charges will be made to their student account for each additional day.
- Students planning to arrive late must notify residence admissions prior to move-in weekend.
- Students moving-in after September 6th at 12 noon Eastern must submit a late-arrival-request form by August 29th at 12 noon Eastern.
- Students who fail to submit this form and do not arrive prior to the 6th at 12 noon Eastern will lose their residence space, and forfeit their deposit.
What About Parking?
- Parking in Zone M (see campus map) will be free for Residence students from September 1 to September 3.
- After September 4th at 7:30 a.m, a valid (paid) exit ticket or transponder will be required to exit the lot.
- Parking on campus is limited. Students are encouraged to leave their cars at home for the school year. Students can apply for a parking permit through Parking and Transit Services until July 31.
