Amazon Hub lockers at McMaster University

Ordering online? Picking up your Amazon packages just got easier! Amazon Hub Parcel Lockers are now available on campus, giving you a faster, more flexible way to receive your orders. Next time you shop on Amazon, choose a locker location for delivery and enjoy quick, 24/7 access to your package.

Each year, Housing & Conference Services processes more than 25,000 parcels for students, with Amazon making up over half of all deliveries! To make the process more convenient, Amazon Hub Parcel Lockers have been installed in two central campus locations. These lockers give you the freedom to grab your parcel on your own schedule, day or night.

Amazon Hub lockers are now available in the Commons Building Breezeway (locker “Cha”), and at the east entrance to Mary E. Keyes residence (locker “Lija”).

If you are unable to collect your package within the 72-hour window, it will be removed from the locker.

If your package is delivered to the wrong locker, you will need to pick it up from that location. Double-check your delivery location before placing your order to ensure it is convenient for you.

If you misplace your pickup code, you can find it again on the Amazon web site, on the “Your Orders” page. You can also refer back to the email or text notification.

If the locker is at full capacity when your package arrives, Amazon will automatically redirect your delivery. The package will be redirected to an alternative delivery location based on the customer’s delivery preferences set in their Amazon account. We recommend students select a backup delivery address (such as their residential address) in their account settings.
