Job Description
Support the Housing and Conference Services department by assisting with routine repair and preventive maintenance tasks across campus. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in maintenance and facility operations.
Accountabilities
- Assist with completing minor, routine repair work as directed.
- Assist with maintenance duties such as but not limited to; vacuuming, window cleaning, power washing, ground, washroom and common room maintenance.
- Assists with furniture moves for various campus locations as needed
- Assist with job site clean-up and debris removal as directed.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma.
Experience:
- Prior experience working in a maintenance field is preferred.
- Required to move and lift up to 30 lbs
- G-Class license is an asset
