Love projects and planning? Join the P & P team! Under general supervision, assist with the planning, organization, and implementation of various projects and events for the various units within the Housing and Conference Services department.

Qualifications:

• 6 months previous experience in a similar or related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Assist with administrative tasks for projects, events, and meetings
• Respond to general inquiries in person, by phone, or via email
• Update and maintain information across communication channels
• Provide virtual and some on-site support during events and meetings
• Maintain records, correspondence, and files following established guidelines
• Support the hiring process of student staff roles.
• Coordinate staff schedules, team meetings and training sessions
• Support residence life student staff with troubleshooting issues as they arise from students and guests.
• G-Class license is an asset
