2021-2022 Eligibility Criteria for Residence

RESIDENCE APPLICATION UPDATE:
PHASE 1 APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

If you have a guaranteed residence space you can log on to the Residence Portal to start your application.

Visit the Residence Portal

Residences will be open, and we will be communicating with our first-year students in early May once we have more details around eligibility and capacity.

The University has also carefully considered the needs of our 105 international and 105 out-of-province group of students. To support students’ needs to secure accommodation, the University and Housing will be providing a guaranteed residence space to these students.

Students in the following criteria are eligible for a guaranteed residence space and provided with advanced access to the 2021-2022 residence application to secure their bedspace with an application and a deposit.

Phase 1 applications open at 12 noon EDT on Thursday, April 29, 2021 and closes at 12noon EDT on Friday, May 14, 2021. Please note, out-of-province students and deferral student applications close once maximum bedspaces are reached or by the deadline, whichever comes earlier.

Eligible students, as verified by the University record, will receive an offer of guaranteed residence via email from the Admissions Office.

Additional residence application phases will be announced in the coming weeks. Please monitor this page for further updates.
