Lincoln Alexander Hall’s dining facilities will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. during Move-In weekend (August 28 to 30, 2026).

Laundry facilities are available in Lincoln Alexander Hall. Machines are cashless and operated through the Coinamatic mobile app.

Package deliveries will be made to the LuxerOne Parcel Lockers located inside Lincoln Alexander Hall. Full instructions for receiving the packages (including the needed unlock codes) will be included in email notifications to students from LuxerOne.

If your package locker is out of service, please address your package to your Service Center’s address. You will continue to receive emails when you receive packages or mail, and instructions for how to retrieve them.

If there is something wrong with your suite, the proper process in addressing it involves submitting a Work Order. You can do so by following the steps below:

1. Using your MacID, sign into theResidence Portal.
2. Click “Continue” to move to the landing page.
3. Select the “Work Orders” tab inside the maroon box.
4. Select “Create/View Work Order for Your Space”
5. Ensure Job Type drop down is set to “My Jobs”. Click “New Job”.
6. Ensure Room Category drop down is set to “My Room.” Click your room space in the table to highlight your room.
7. Enter the required (*) details, outlining what the problem is.
8. Click “Save Job” and you will be contacted to inform you when somebody will be coming to complete the repair.
