MSU Clubs & Student Groups


Please note that all MSU Clubs & Student Groups requests must be accompanied by an electronic copy of your approved EOHSS form. Please allow for at least 10 days to have your space request approved. Requests are submitted through Conference & Events Services and then approved by the Registrar’s Scheduling team ONLY AFTER all academic classes, testing, exams and ad hoc academic requests have been finalized. As a result of this, there may be extended delays in receiving approval for your space.

External Groups

As a result of this, there may be extended delays in receiving approval for your space.
Once your space has been approved, a contract will be provided to confirm the space and pricing. Once a signed copy is sent to us, it will be executed by our team and a copy sent back for your reference. A separate invoice will be issued following your event for payment.
