As of July 21st, Housing & Conference Services is offering 15-minute virtual room tours Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Book a session today to attend a personalized 1-1 virtual session with residence experts! During your session you will get to view your room and have all of your residence-related questions answered before move-in week!
Please note that while we will try our best to show you the exact room you have requested, this is not a guarantee, since some of our rooms are currently occupied. We will accommodate to the best of our abilities to show you a residence room that is similar to the one you have requested.
Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance and are only available until move-in week (August 27-28). Any bookings made after move-in weekend will be cancelled.
Tour spaces are fully booked at this time. Check back daily in case any spaces have become available through cancellations.

How to Book
- To book a 15-minute virtual room tour, please click the ‘Book Now’ button.
- When booking your appointment, please make sure to specifically indicate in the comments section what room you would like to tour. For example: PGCLL – Room 121.
- After you book your session, you will receive a confirmation email for the time and date you have selected. The email will also include the video link required to access the meeting!
To Join your Session:
- Simply click the link in your email and your browser will open the video chat. No download required!
- Download the Teleport.Video app.
- Students do not need to create a login to participate.
- Once you have downloaded the app,click the link in your confirmation email to enter your meeting.
