Love projects and planning? Join the P & P team! Under general supervision, assist with the planning, organization, and implementation of various projects and events for the various units within the Housing and Conference Services department.
Qualifications:
- 6 months previous experience in a similar or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with administrative tasks for projects, events, and meetings
- Respond to general inquiries in person, by phone, or via email
- Update and maintain information across communication channels
- Provide virtual and some on-site support during events and meetings
- Maintain records, correspondence, and files following established guidelines
- Support the hiring process of student staff roles.
- Coordinate staff schedules, team meetings and training sessions
- Support residence life student staff with troubleshooting issues as they arise from students and guests.
- G-Class license is an asset
