Job Description
The Project Assistant supports the planning, organization, and execution of various projects and events within the Residence Admissions unit. This role involves administrative support, event coordination, and communication tasks.
Accountabilities
- Assist with administrative tasks for projects, events and meetings.
- Respond or redirect general inquiries in-person, by telephone or via email.
- Update and maintain information across communication channels.
- Provide on-site routine support for projects, events and meetings.
- Maintain records, correspondence, and files following established guidelines
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- 6 months of related experience
