Apply to live at 10 Bay by visiting our Apply Page and signing your lease before March 31, 2025. The promotion will be automatically applied to your account, covering your first month.
Each suite is furnished with:
- A double bed (one per bedroom, in the event of a Two Bedroom unit), chair and desk with a book shelf, wardrobe/dresser, garbage bin and recycling bin.
- Washroom with a sink, mirror, toilet, and shower.
- Kitchen appliances including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove with oven.
- Couch seating (dependent on suite size).
- Access to a shared laundry facility.
- High speed wi-fi internet access.
Residents will provide their own bed sheets and pillows. They will also provide their own cookware (pots, pans) and dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils).

Standard lease terms apply, starting from 12 months.

Exterior doors, amenity spaces and elevators are secured by card access. The building employs 24/7 on-site security with regular patrols and support.
