Apartment Amenities
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with:
- A double bed, chair and desk with a book shelf, wardrobe/dresser, garbage bin and recycling bin.

Washroom with a sink, mirror, toilet, and shower.
- Kitchen appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, and stove with oven.
- Couch seating (dependent on apartment size).
- Access to a shared laundry facility.
- High speed wi-fi internet access.
Please bring your own bed linens and bath linens along with any cookware or utensils you may need, as they are not included.
Fees and Deposits
- $300 deposit, payable during the application and applied to the first month’s rent.
- No prepaying of first and last month’s rent.
- Monthly rent payments are due to your Student Account on the 1st day of the month.
We Do Not Require:
- Credit checks
- Proof of employment
- Income verification
- Proof of previous residential history
Private Bedroom in Two Bedroom Apartment
If you are looking for the most economical room option, our Private Bedroom in 2 Bedroom Apartment offers your own fully-furnished private room with a desk. Stepping through to the common area, you will share the living area, kitchen, and one washroom with another student of the same gender identity.

Two Bedroom Apartment – Families
Graduate student couples or families are welcome to rent an entire Two Bedroom Apartment at a discounted rate.
A discount on each bedroom is offered to those who meet one of the following Family Criteria:
- a couple living common law (for at least one year)
- a couple living common law (for at least one year) and the children, if any, of either and/or both partners
- a married couple and the children, if any, of either and/or both spouses;
- a parent of any marital status in a one-parent family with at least one child living in the same dwelling and that child or those children.
Documentation will be required to verify your family status to be eligible for the discounted family rate.
